How It Works

When you paste text into our grammar checker:

  1. Your text is securely sent to our AI processing service (Google Gemini via Firebase).
  2. The AI analyzes the text for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
  3. Corrections are returned to you instantly — typically in 2–5 seconds.
  4. Each error is explained in your chosen language, with tips on how to avoid it in the future.
  5. Your text is not stored — it is discarded after the response is returned.

Our Technology

AI Grammar Checker is built on Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite, a fast and efficient AI model optimized for language tasks. Our backend runs on Firebase Cloud Functions in the Asia Southeast region (Singapore), ensuring low latency for users across Asia and beyond.

The web interface is a lightweight, static site hosted on Firebase Hosting — no heavy frameworks, no unnecessary JavaScript. Fast loading times matter for a good user experience.

Our Mobile App

We also offer a Grammar AI mobile app for Android, available on Google Play. The app includes additional features like translation, paraphrasing, writing score, grammar lessons, and quiz mode — all powered by the same AI engine.
